Replacement of the only full-service dining hall on the JHU Homewood Campus.

The project entailed a full interior demolition of an existing 15,000 square foot cafeteria and a complete re-design and reconstruction to increase its serving and seating capacity from 350 to 500 students, and to elevate the quality and image of both the food and the facility. The project was designed in the spring and built over a single summer, allowing the caf? to re-open at the beginning of the fall academic term.
